Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for receiving calls, scheduling appointments as per doctors schedule, follows up calls to patients and such, which also includes accurately inputting and maintaining data in digital systems, verifying and updating information, and ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Day-to-day tasks include entering and retrieving data, managing electronic records, supporting administrative tasks, and collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Should be at least Intermediate or A Levels with some command over English Language
  • Proficiency in Typing and strong Computer Literacy
  • Knowledge and experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Attention to Detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a structured on-site environment
